This document has been prepared to inform you before completing your ticket purchase through the innclude platform, in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
At innclude, our priority is to provide a safe, transparent, and enjoyable experience in every event.

2. Subject of the Service
The service you are purchasing is the intermediation of ticket sales on behalf of event organizers through the innclude platform.
innclude provides the ticketing infrastructure for events organized by independent organizers.
The organizer is solely responsible for the event’s content, date, venue, and any possible changes.
3. Main Features of the Service
- Each ticket is created digitally for the specific event.
- After payment, the ticket is delivered electronically via a QR code assigned to your account and sent by e-mail.
- Tickets are personal; transfers to third parties are possible only if the system allows it.
- No physical ticket is shipped.
4. Total Price and Payment Information
- Ticket prices are shown inclusive of taxes and service fees at checkout.
- Payments can be made by credit/debit card or (if available) via the innclude Wallet.
- Once the order is confirmed, a payment obligation arises.
5. Delivery Method
- Delivery is fully digital.
- The ticket becomes available in your account and is sent by e-mail within a few minutes after successful payment.
- If you cannot view or receive your ticket, you can contact [email protected] for support.
6. Right of Withdrawal
According to Article 15/1-(g) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, there is no right of withdrawal for event tickets purchased for entertainment or leisure activities to be held on a specific date or period.
Therefore, tickets are non-refundable, except in cases where the event is canceled or postponed.
In such cases, refund procedures are carried out by the event organizer, and innclude provides technical assistance only.
7. Processing of Personal Data
The personal data you share during ticketing are processed in accordance with the innclude Privacy Policy and Information Notice.
Your data are securely stored and shared with third parties only where legally required or with your explicit consent.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This document is governed by Turkish Law.
In the event of any dispute, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul (Anadolu) have jurisdiction.
Consumers may also apply to their local Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Courts
