This Agreement explains your legal rights regarding event tickets purchased through innclude and the responsibilities of innclude.
At innclude, we aim to provide a safe, transparent, and enjoyable experience in every ticketing process.
This Agreement is not only a legal requirement; it is also a guarantee of the mutual trust between us and our users.
ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded electronically between innclude Bilet Dağıtım ve Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş. (shortly “innclude”) on one side and the person who purchases a ticket via the innclude website or mobile application (the “Buyer”) on the other side, in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Buyer: The person who purchases a ticket via innclude.com or the mobile application. The Buyer’s name, surname, phone number, e-mail and payment information are collected electronically.
ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT AND SCOPE
This Agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the event ticket purchased electronically by the Buyer through the innclude platform.
The Agreement enters into force upon the Buyer’s electronic approval and is sent to the Buyer by e-mail.
ARTICLE 3 – INNCLUDE’S ROLE
innclude is a digital platform that intermediates ticket sales on behalf of event organizers.
The event organizer is solely responsible for matters such as the event content, program, price, cancellation, or postponement.
innclude only provides technical infrastructure and intermediary services for sales; the organizer’s rules and refund policies apply.
Logging and Security:
innclude operates as a “hosting provider” within the scope of Law No. 5651 of Türkiye. Accordingly, traffic records of all transactions carried out on the Platform are securely retained for the legally required period and disclosed only upon the lawful request of competent authorities.
ARTICLE 4 – PRICE, PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
- The ticket price, taxes, and any service fee (if applicable) are shown on the payment step
- including VAT.
- Payment is made by credit/debit card or (if active) via the innclude Wallet.
- Delivery is digital; the QR code is assigned to the Buyer’s account and sent by e-mail.
- No physical ticket is shipped.
- The QR code is personal; the Buyer is solely responsible for any consequences arising from sharing it with third parties.
ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to Article 15/1-(g) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for event tickets purchased for entertainment or leisure services to be performed on a specific date or period.
In the event of cancellation or postponement of the event, refund procedures are carried out by the organizer; innclude provides technical support in this process.
ARTICLE 6 – CANCELLATION, CHANGE AND REFUND
- In case of event cancellation or postponement, refund processes are carried out in accordance with the policy determined by the organizer.
- In case of a change of date or venue, the Buyer may attend on the new date or request a refund.
- Refund of service/processing fees, if any, is made in accordance with the policies determined on an event basis.
- As an intermediary, innclude is not responsible for cancellation and refund transactions.
ARTICLE 7 – TICKET TRANSFER
innclude may activate an in-app ticket transfer feature. For a transfer to be valid, both the sender and the recipient must have an innclude account, and the system must confirm the transaction. innclude accepts no liability for disputes arising from user-to-user transfers.
ARTICLE 8 – VENUE AND ORGANIZER RULES
Venue and organizer rules apply to matters such as entry/exit, security, age limits, use of recording devices, food-and-beverage restrictions, pet admission, and similar issues. If these rules are violated, no refund is provided for denial of entry or removal from the event; innclude cannot be held liable.
ARTICLE 9 – PERSONAL DATA AND COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS
Personal data processed during ticketing are subject to the innclude Privacy Policy and Information Notice.
Promotional and announcement communications are sent only with the Buyer’s consent. The Buyer may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting [email protected].
ARTICLE 10 – LANGUAGE, GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement may be drafted in Turkish and English. In case of any discrepancy in interpretation, the Turkish text shall prevail.
This Agreement is governed by Turkish Law. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul (Anadolu) have jurisdiction over disputes.
The Buyer may also apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Courts.
ARTICLE 11 – ENTRY INTO FORCE AND ACCEPTANCE
At the payment step, the Buyer acknowledges that the order creates a payment obligation and declares that they have read, understood, and approved the Pre-Information Form, Terms of Use,Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and this Distance Sales Agreement electronically.

ARTICLE 12 – FORCE MAJEURE
Events such as natural disasters, war, rebellion, fire, strike, communication or internet outages, power failures, government decisions, or extraordinary weather conditions that are beyond the control of the parties and cannot be foreseen shall be deemed as force majeure.
During the period of force majeure, the obligations of the parties are suspended. innclude shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in the performance of its obligations due to such circumstances.
Once the force majeure situation ceases, the obligations shall continue from where they left off.
