3.1. The service consists of making the innclude Business panel and the features in that panel available for the Buyer's use for the selected package tier and billing period. The service is provided electronically; no physical goods are delivered.
| Package | (shown at the purchase step) |
|---|---|
| Billing period | (shown at the purchase step) |
| Start and end of the billing period | (shown at the purchase step) – (shown at the purchase step) |
| Scope of the package | (shown at the purchase step) |
3.2. The scope of the package is the scope shown in the panel at the moment the order is placed and listed above in this form. Features shown on marketing pages or in the package comparison with a wording such as "coming soon" or similar are outside the scope.
3.3. The usage limits are defined under the headings of message credits and in-app notification allowance per billing period, the allowance for creating free events, the number of authorised users, Promoters and door staff, role separation, the allowance for creating more than one brand or venue, the level of CRM access and the level of support. Where a limit is exceeded, the relevant operation is stopped and notice is given of which limit has been exceeded.
4. Total Price and Payment
| Package price (excluding tax) | (shown at the purchase step) |
|---|---|
| Discount and promotion | (shown at the purchase step) |
| Set-off from the previous billing period | (shown at the purchase step) |
| Value added tax ((shown at the purchase step)) | (shown at the purchase step) |
| Total payable | (shown at the purchase step) |
| Currency | (shown at the purchase step) |
4.1. The price is collected in advance. No charge is made in addition to the total price.
4.2. For Buyers established in Türkiye, the price is set and collected in Turkish lira; the price is not indexed to a foreign currency or to any other value.
4.3. Payment is made by credit card or debit card and 3D Secure verification is applied. The card number, expiry date and security code are transmitted through innclude's servers to the authorised payment institution for the purpose of taking the payment; innclude does not record or store this information.
4.4. An electronic invoice is issued following collection and delivered to the Buyer's registered address. Because the service is provided electronically, no dispatch note is issued.
5. Commencement and Duration of the Service
5.1. The package is opened and made available for the Buyer's use at the same moment the payment is approved.
5.2. The subscription does not renew automatically at the end of the billing period. If the Buyer pays the price for the new billing period, the package continues. Where payment is not made, the package remains open for a further three days after the end of the billing period and falls back to the free tier at the end of that time.
5.3. Before the end of the billing period, innclude notifies the Buyer's registered e-mail address and the in-panel notification surface that the billing period is coming to an end and that the package will fall back to the free tier if payment is not made.
5.4. An automatic renewal function based on storing a payment method is not offered today. If it is introduced in future, that function will be activated only with the Buyer's separate consent and the Buyer will be able to switch it off from the panel at any time.
6. Right of Withdrawal
6.1. The service is performed immediately in the electronic environment upon the Buyer's approval. For that reason the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, pursuant to Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation.
6.2. By confirming the order, the Buyer accepts that the service will be provided immediately upon approval and that there is therefore no right of withdrawal. This approval is also obtained separately at the purchase step.
6.3. Where the Buyer does not have the status of consumer, that is to say where it acts for commercial or professional purposes, the provisions on the right of withdrawal do not in principle apply. This article is written for both cases.
7. Cancellation and Refund
7.1. The Buyer may cancel its subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period; the package remains open until that date and falls back to the free tier on that date. There is no "cancel immediately" option.
7.2. No refund is made for a paid billing period. This rule applies regardless of how much of the billing period has been used; the price is the consideration for the package being kept available for use throughout the billing period.
7.3. Annual prepayment is a discounted commitment compared with monthly payment, and no refund is made in the event of cancellation during the annual billing period. Where innclude exceptionally makes a refund at its discretion, the months used are recalculated at the monthly tariff and deducted from the amount paid; any remaining amount is refunded, and if the calculated amount exceeds the amount paid, no refund is made.
7.4. The cases in which innclude refunds the price directly are: duplicate collection and the package not having been usable at all for a technical reason attributable to innclude. In these cases the refund is made through the channel used for payment within ten business days at the latest.
8. Complaints and Applications
8.1. The Buyer submits its requests and complaints through the support section in the panel or to [email protected]. Objections to an invoice amount, to deductions, to quota usage and to refund transactions are submitted within thirty days of the date on which the transaction was notified and are answered with reasons within fifteen business days.
8.2. Where the Buyer has the status of consumer, it may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or to the Consumer Courts according to the monetary thresholds under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection.
9. Personal Data
9.1. The personal data of the Buyer and of its authorised representatives is processed as explained in the innclude Business Data Protection Notice. The mutual obligations relating to Participant, guest and team data processed through the Platform are set out in the Data Processing Agreement.
